IMDb bought a web service for independent filmmakers


IMDb (Internet Movie Database), an entertainment site, which is a subsidiary of Amazon. com, yesterday, January 17, announced the acquisition of Without A Box, a web service that helps independent filmmakers to exhibit their work at various festivals and movie deals with advertising on the Web.





Financial terms were not disclosed, reports Mashable.
